Boston Anarchist Bookfair
The Boston Anarchist Bookfair will be November 7-8, 2026. It will once again be at the Cambridge Community Center.
Registration is open until August 30th.

Reports
- Cambridge has decided to temporarily re-instate shot spotter devices. In the future use may be subject to oversight by a civilian review committee.
- There was a wordpress vulnerability being widely expoited. The masspirates blog was compromised and we had to recover the site. AI is making easier for crackers to find and develop expoits.
Decisions
- Boston anarchist bookfair has been scheduled for Nov 7th and 8th. Held at the Cambridge Community Center. We'll request a table this year. If we're not approved, we should run a camera mapping event around the conference site.
USPP Issues
- Florida has raised complaints about Maryland. The USPP is sorting this out.
- Fellow named Jacob Anderson - looking for a national endorsement. National will vote on this later tonight.

- Question 2, https://ballotpedia.org/Massachusetts_Question_2,_Permit_Collective_Bargaining_for_Committee_for_Public_Counsel_Services_Employees_Initiative_(2026). Would allow public defenders to engage in collective bargaining.
